Draft — pending legal review

Falogis Buyer Rules

Draft — not yet dated for publication

These documents are provided as preliminary business/legal drafts and have not yet been reviewed or approved by a qualified legal practitioner.

These rules set out what is expected of buyers on Falogis and how to trade more safely with third-party sellers.

1. Buyer responsibility

You decide whether to deal with a seller and on what terms. Falogis connects buyers with third-party sellers and is not a party to the resulting transaction unless expressly stated.

2. Due diligence

Check the listing carefully, ask questions, verify identity and ownership where the value justifies it, and be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true.

3. Communication

Keep communication respectful and relevant. Do not send spam, abusive messages, or unrelated marketing to sellers or requesters.

4. Payments

Only pay in a way you are comfortable with and can evidence. Be wary of requests for unusual payment methods, third-party accounts, or full advance payment for high-value goods from unverified sellers.

5. Inspection

Where practical, inspect goods before paying, meet in safe public places, and confirm that what you receive matches the listing.

6. Delivery arrangements

Delivery, collection and any associated costs or risks are agreed between you and the seller. Confirm timelines and responsibility for loss or damage in transit before paying.

7. Fraud prevention

Never share one-time passwords, bank credentials or account recovery codes. Falogis staff will never ask for your password. Report suspicious behaviour through the platform.

8. Prohibited conduct

Do not attempt to buy prohibited items, place offers you have no intention of honouring, harass sellers, or use platform contact details for unrelated marketing.

9. Disputes

Raise problems with the seller first. If that fails, report the matter through Falogis. We may review platform records and take action on accounts, but we cannot guarantee recovery of money or goods.

10. Misleading requests

Buyer requests must be genuine. Do not post fictitious, duplicated or deliberately vague requests, and do not use requests to harvest seller contact details.

11. Account abuse

Multiple accounts used to evade limits or restrictions, automated scraping and interference with platform security are prohibited.

12. Transactions with third-party sellers

You accept that contracts you form are with the seller, not with Falogis, and that Falogis does not promise any particular transaction outcome, item quality, delivery or refund by a third-party seller.
