Falogis Marketplace & Seller Rules

These rules set the standard for everything published for sale on Falogis. They apply alongside the Falogis Terms of Use.
1. Accurate listings
Every listing must accurately describe the item or service being offered, including its condition, specification and any faults. Do not use another seller's photos or descriptions to represent your item.
2. Seller responsibility
You are responsible for what you publish, for communicating honestly with buyers, and for completing transactions you agree to. Falogis is a marketplace platform and does not automatically become the seller of third-party goods or services.
3. Ownership and authority to sell
You must own the item, or have clear authority from the owner or brand to offer it. Counterfeit, stolen or unlawfully imported goods are prohibited.
4. Prohibited goods
Items classified as prohibited may not be listed on Falogis. Prohibited listings are removed and cannot become publicly visible, and repeated attempts may lead to account suspension.
5. Restricted goods
Some categories and items are classified as restricted and require additional checks, documentation or licences before they can be published. Only Falogis staff may set or change a restriction classification; sellers cannot set or weaken it.
6. Pricing
Prices must be genuine and expressed in a supported currency. Bait pricing, hidden mandatory charges and misleading discounts are not allowed. Where a price is negotiable, say so in the listing.
7. Photos
Photos must be of the actual item where practical, must not contain watermarks belonging to third parties, and must not include contact details, other platforms' branding or unrelated promotional material.
8. Descriptions
Descriptions must be written for the item being sold, must not contain unrelated keyword stuffing, and must not include off-platform contact details intended to bypass Falogis.
9. Condition
State the condition honestly using the options provided. Refurbished, used and repaired items must be identified as such.
10. Location
Give the region and area where the item actually is. Do not misstate location to appear in other markets. Do not publish an exact home address in a public listing.
11. Communication
Respond to buyers promptly and courteously. Do not spam, harass, or pressure buyers, and do not misuse contact details obtained through the platform.
12. Fraud
Advance-fee schemes, fake escrow, payment redirection, impersonation of Falogis staff and any other deceptive practice are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.
13. Duplicate listings
Do not publish the same item repeatedly to gain visibility. Use a single listing per item and update it as needed.
14. Misleading claims
Do not claim certification, verification, warranty, endorsement or partnership that you do not have, including implying that Falogis guarantees your goods.
15. Moderation
All listings are reviewed before publication and may be reviewed again afterwards. Editing a published listing returns it to moderation.
16. Rejection
Listings that breach these rules may be rejected with a note explaining the outcome. Internal moderation notes are not published.
17. Suspension
Repeated or serious breaches may lead to temporary restriction of selling features or suspension of the account.
18. Account termination
Falogis may terminate accounts involved in fraud, prohibited goods, or persistent breaches of these rules.
19. Disputes
Sellers are expected to engage in good faith with buyers to resolve disputes. Falogis may consider platform records when reviewing a reported dispute but does not act as a court or arbitrator.
20. Legal compliance
Sellers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them, including consumer protection, licensing, import, product safety and tax obligations in their market.
